Sarracenia flava var. rubricorpora “Vigorous” is an old-school Karen Oudean trumpet pitcher that has outstanding coloration. It is quite strong growing, especially for a red flava.
S. flava var. ornata “Phil’s clone” is the parent to S. 'Saurus', S. 'Hot Lips' and grandparent to S. 'Caitrin Claire' and S. 'Yellow Hornet'. It has a track record for being a reliable seed-maker.
All of these seedlings should be labeled "Sarracenia flava". Some of them will be stunners!
