The clone of Sarracenia (Cronus x Lunchbox) we used is our favorite! It is very fast growing and much taller than either of its parents. It has a very unique ultra-wide, short hood column that lends a "froggy" look to the shape. Its best leaves are in early fall.
S. 'Caitrin Claire' is a hybrid of 'Adrian Slack' and 'Hot Lips'. Like 'Adrian Slack', it passes on its visual characteristics to its offspring in a very dominant way. Its narrow hood column, hot color scheme and upright, sturdy leaves are often passed on to its offspring. S. 'Caitrin Claire' produces its best leaves in the spring.
The best seedlings from this group will be enormous and make leaves in the spring and fall!
